About

Whole-Person Psychotherapy for Meaningful Change

I believe therapy should address the whole person—not only the challenges that bring someone to therapy, but also the emotional, relational, creative, and embodied patterns that shape how we experience ourselves and the world. While practical coping strategies are important, lasting change often begins with deeper self-understanding. Therapy offers an opportunity to build resilience, respond to life's challenges with greater intention, and cultivate a more authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling life.

As a licensed psychotherapist with more than 15 years of experience, I specialize in working with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, stress and burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, and grief and loss, while supporting deeper self-understanding, psychological well-being, and meaningful personal growth. I provide online integrative psychotherapy that combines psychodynamic therapy, somatic therapy, expressive arts therapy, mindfulness, and evidence-informed ADHD treatment to support both practical skill development and lasting emotional and psychological growth.

Approach

My approach is informed by psychodynamic and Jungian psychology, which explore unconscious processes, emotional and relational patterns, dreams, symbols, archetypes, and personal narratives. By bringing these patterns into awareness, therapy can foster greater insight, emotional freedom, creativity, and a deeper sense of meaning.

Recognizing the inseparable connection between mind and body, I also integrate somatic yoga-informed practices—including breath-work, mindfulness, movement, and body awareness—to strengthen nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and psychological well-being.

Creativity is another essential part of my work. I view expressive arts not simply as techniques, but as a fundamental human capacity for reflection, communication, and meaning-making. Expressive arts therapy integrates creative writing, visual art, music, movement, and other expressive processes to help clients access experiences that may be difficult to express through words alone. The emphasis is never on artistic ability, but on using creativity to deepen self-understanding, process emotions, and discover new possibilities for healing and growth.
