SERVICES
Psychotherapy or Coaching?
Psychotherapy is a mental health service that helps individuals understand and address emotional, psychological, and relational concerns. It may involve the assessment and treatment of mental health conditions while fostering deeper self-understanding, emotional well-being, and meaningful, lasting change.
Integrative coaching is a personal development and wellness service. It is designed for individuals seeking structured guidance in achieving specific goals, navigating life or career transitions, clarifying values, strengthening habits, enhancing communication, reconnecting with creativity, or creating a more intentional and fulfilling life. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
How do I know which service is right for me?
The best choice depends on your goals. If you're seeking support for concerns such as ADHD, anxiety, grief, burnout, relationship concerns, or other emotional or psychological challenges, psychotherapy is likely the most appropriate service. If you're primarily looking for guidance, ongoing support and structure, skill development, or assistance in moving toward personal or professional goals, coaching may be a better fit.
If you're unsure which service best meets your needs, I'm happy to discuss your goals during a consultation and help determine which service is the best fit for you.
